Quick and Easy Omelet Pizza

Try this easy and delicious omelette and pizza in one! When you need a fast dinner idea, try this recipe! It is a fast meal that you can cook for dinner tonight! You can change the fillings to anything you want.

This recipe is a very simple and healthy. Serve it with salad and baked french fries to make a complete delicious meal!
Ingredients:
- Scrambled eggs
Tomatoes
Onions
Green and red peppers
Italian seasoning
Shredded cheddar cheese
Method:
- Preheat a non-stick pan and put oil.
- Pour the scrambled eggs on the pan.
- When the eggs are almost done, put in the sliced tomatoes, onions, green and red peppers (you can grill the vegetables first so they will be soft and cooked).
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning.
- Top with shredded cheese if desired.
- When done, slice ala “pizza” style.
- Serve while hot. Enjoy!

Thanks for this recipe! I’m off to University in a couple of years and I just have 2 years to learn cooking because believe it or not I can’t even make a cup of tea. I think this is a good way to start to learn.
