Quick and Easy Omelet Pizza

Try this easy and delicious omelette and pizza in one! When you need a fast dinner idea, try this recipe! It is a fast meal that you can cook for dinner tonight! You can change the fillings to anything you want.

This recipe is a very simple and healthy.  Serve it with salad and baked french fries to make a complete delicious meal!

Ingredients:

  • Scrambled eggs
    Tomatoes
    Onions
    Green  and  red peppers
    Italian seasoning
    Shredded cheddar cheese

Method:

  1. Preheat a non-stick pan and put oil.
  2. Pour the scrambled eggs on the pan. 
  3. When the eggs are almost done, put in the sliced tomatoes, onions, green and red peppers (you can grill the vegetables first so they will be soft and cooked).
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning.
  5. Top with shredded cheese if desired.
  6. When done, slice ala “pizza” style. 
  7. Serve while hot.  Enjoy!

    Thanks for this recipe! I’m off to University in a couple of years and I just have 2 years to learn cooking because believe it or not I can’t even make a cup of tea. I think this is a good way to start to learn.
