Raisin and Cinnamon Oat Porridge

A beautiful, healthy way to start the day.

Porridge releases energy slowly throughout the day, meaning you can feel fuller until lunchtime.  Perfect for health fanatics!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz porridge oats
  • 250ml (9fl oz) milk
  • 250ml water
  • 1-2 tbsp linseed oil (optional)
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 4tbsp raisins
  • 2tbsp almonds

Method

  1. Mix oats, milk and water in a saucepan
  2. Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes
  3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients to serve
