Rava(semolina) Idli

Indian breakfast recipe.

Ingredients:

1. Rava (Semolina) – 1 cup

2. Urad Dal -1/2cup

3. Salt to taste

Rava idli Preparation:

Soak urad dal  for 3hrs & grind it.

Roast the Rava  without any oil until it becomes Very light brown in color.

Take urad dal dough in a bowl, add Rava and salt, mix well.

Keep aside to ferment for 7-8 hours.

Take idli maker and pour enough dough into idli maker plates.

Let it cook on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove the idli from plates and serve hot.
