Recipe for Cooking Yummy Scrambled Eggs

Yummy…

the preparation time would be about 2 to 3 mins

cooking time: 2 to 3 mins. serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • half a stalk of parseley
  • some butter/ oil

Utensils

  • small bowl
  • whisk
  • frying pan
  • spoon

Method

  1. Break eggs into bowl ,add chopped parseley,buttermilk and whisk
  2. Whisk till the egg white cannot be seen
  3. Heat the pan at medium heat
  4. Put some butter/ oil
  5. Pour the egg mixture in a circling motion
  6. Let the egg cook for 10 secs
  7. Then stir gently
  8. Don’t let them boil 

good scrambled eggs are moist and crumbly, not dry.
