Scrambled Eggs

Best Scrambled eggs ever!

Ingredients

  • 3 Large free range eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • pinch salt
  • pinch black pepper

Method

  1. Whisk eggs and milk in a bowel the trick with scrambled eggs is to
  2. not use a lot of milk.
  3. Add the butter and keep whisking ..
  4. The butter will stop the eggs from buring in the pan .
  5. Heat a frying pan with oil or butter
  6. Add the mixture.
  7. Leave for one minute for eggs to settle.
  8. Start using the whisk in the pan to seperate eggs till cooked.
  9. Servre on crusty toast!
