Scrambled Eggs

Best Scrambled eggs ever!
Ingredients
- 3 Large free range eggs
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- pinch salt
- pinch black pepper
Method
- Whisk eggs and milk in a bowel the trick with scrambled eggs is to
- not use a lot of milk.
- Add the butter and keep whisking ..
- The butter will stop the eggs from buring in the pan .
- Heat a frying pan with oil or butter
- Add the mixture.
- Leave for one minute for eggs to settle.
- Start using the whisk in the pan to seperate eggs till cooked.
- Servre on crusty toast!
