Hi friends, I just want to share the simplest way to prepare an egg omelet. It is as simple as it is written here. Try this at home.

Ingredients:

Hen’s Egg (emu and duck eggs can also be used) : 2 nos

Salt : ¼ tbs

Crunched pepper: ½ tbs

Refined cooking oil: 1 tbs

Preparation:

Extract the eggs from its shells and keep them in a container. Add salt and ground pepper and beat nicely. Beating of the eggs will make your preparation more fluffy.

Take a pan and let it warm on a stove. Put some oil on the pan and pour the prepared eggs. Keep the flame to sim. You can flip the omelet, if you desire. Your omelet is ready now. Just eat it… Wait friends; first take it from the hot pan.

Adding cut onion pieces to this makes a regular egg omelet.

Hope you enjoyed.

Pretty hard to find an Emu egg in Canada so I will use hen eggs, free range of course!

I do not eat eggs unless it is part of a Cake or Fresh Toast. But I am sure my friends would love this.
