Spinach Omelett

Easy breakfast to start the day.

I´ll teach you how to make a delicious Spinach Omelet, a lovely breakfast to start the day.

It´s very easy to make it:

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup torn spinach leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs, and stir in the spinach. Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a small skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, cook the egg mixture about 2 to 3 minutes, until partially set. Flip with a spatula, and continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low, and continue cooking 1 to 2 minutes.
