You just have to try it for yourself.

Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 eggs
  • half a green pepper
  • half a red pepper
  • any type of deli meat – a small package (or any other meat you want)
  • cheese- however much you want
  • milk – a splash
  • Shredded hash browns – 8 ounces
  • oil – a splash

You don’t have to use meat if you don’t want, or as well you don’t have to use peppers.

Method

  1. Cook hash browns according to directions and set aside.
  2. Dice peppers and meat and grate the cheese.
  3. Prepare eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
  4. Put eggs in the frying pan, and when it’s almost done cooking add cheese, peppers, and deli meat.
  5. Cut omelet in half, and serve on half of the hash browns.
  6. ENJOY!

Yield: 2 servings

That sounds lovely. Will it work on the diet?
