Starving Mother’s Omelet

Ingredients
- 4 or 5 eggs
- half a green pepper
- half a red pepper
- any type of deli meat – a small package (or any other meat you want)
- cheese- however much you want
- milk – a splash
- Shredded hash browns – 8 ounces
- oil – a splash
You don’t have to use meat if you don’t want, or as well you don’t have to use peppers.

Method
- Cook hash browns according to directions and set aside.
- Dice peppers and meat and grate the cheese.
- Prepare eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
- Put eggs in the frying pan, and when it’s almost done cooking add cheese, peppers, and deli meat.
- Cut omelet in half, and serve on half of the hash browns.
- ENJOY!
