published by DigitalScryer on Jun 15, 2009

We’re all strapped for time in the morning with all the preparation for the day, so sometimes we can’t make a proper breakfast, or any breakfast at all. Well here are some fast and easy recipes to make for breakfast so you don’t go hungry during the day, Part 1.

Not A Pre-cracked Scramble. An odd name for these scrambled eggs. To make these you’ll need the following ingredients and steps.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Chopped green peppers (prepared night before)
  • Cubed ham (prepared night before)
  • Spray oil such as Pam

Method

  1. Spray your Pam in the pan and then preheat it for a couple minutes between 7 or 8 on the dial. This will vary depending on your model of stove.
  2. Crack the eggs into pan and throw in the diced peppers and cubed ham
  3. Break the egg yolks with a fire proof spatula or flipper and mix up your eggs and toppings until they’re scrambled just the way you like, and fully cooked. This should only take a couple of minutes, you’ll know they’re cooked when there’s no liquid/runiness left.
  4. Use your spatula to scoop your eggs on a plate and enjoy.
