We’re all strapped for time in the morning with all the preparation for the day, so sometimes we can’t make a proper breakfast, or any breakfast at all. Well here are some fast and easy recipes to make for breakfast so you don’t go hungry during the day, Part 1.
Not A Pre-cracked Scramble. An odd name for these scrambled eggs. To make these you’ll need the following ingredients and steps.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Chopped green peppers (prepared night before)
- Cubed ham (prepared night before)
- Spray oil such as Pam
Method
- Spray your Pam in the pan and then preheat it for a couple minutes between 7 or 8 on the dial. This will vary depending on your model of stove.
- Crack the eggs into pan and throw in the diced peppers and cubed ham
- Break the egg yolks with a fire proof spatula or flipper and mix up your eggs and toppings until they’re scrambled just the way you like, and fully cooked. This should only take a couple of minutes, you’ll know they’re cooked when there’s no liquid/runiness left.
- Use your spatula to scoop your eggs on a plate and enjoy.
