Swedish Pancake Crepes

Beautiful golden thin crepes that will melt in your mouth and be a breakfast hit!

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs ½ c. milk
  • ½ tsp salt 1 TBS sugar
  • ¼ tsp baking powder ½ c. flour

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients together and spoon over a hot griddle or frying pan.
  • Flip when bubbles break.
  • Serve with syrup, powdered sugar, brown sugar, jellies or jams as desired.

Serves four people.

    I LOVE IT! YUMMM!! SO GOOD WITH BROWN SUGAR IN THEM!
