Tocino Filipino Recipe
TOCINO is the delicious Filipino recipe with pork, wine, sugar and prague powder in it.

Ingredients:
- 1 kilo pork chop sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt peter (salitre) or ½ tsp. prague powder
- 2 tbsp. wine or gin
- red food color (optional)
How to do it:
1. Mix all the ingredients. Cure at refrigerator temperature for 2-3 days.
2. Freeze if tocino will not be cooked right away.
3. Just simply fried it in oil until well cooked.
