It's easy to make one at home. Actually I call it ""Jovalas''

You will need:
About 2-4 slices of French bread
Some cheese leaves
1-2 onions
Mayonnaise
Beef or sausage
Microwave.

It was a great find of me and its easy to create one. Well, its not a kebab really, but tastes are very similar.

First of all, you need to have some slices of French bread. You have to line those slices in your plate that you cant see plate’s bottom.Well, now put some cheese leaves on the French bread to cover the bread. Then take some onion and cut it into small pieces. This will going to make you cry, because i cry every time i make this Then put all the pieces of onion on the cheese. The amount of onions depends on a taste and also the size of your ”kebab” you are making. Then take some beef or sausage cut it into slices and put on onions. After you have done all these things take some mayonnaise and spread on beef or sausages and then put some more cheese leaves on the top of your creation. Then put it in a microwave and take it out after 2-3 Min’s.

If you like pizza this is good for you to make on your own. Grab some English muffins cut them open put marinara sauce on each muffin .Then grab some cheese put on top of the marrinara sauce or you can use spegetti sauce .Then once you have place the cheese you can add some peperoni or your choice of meat on it. To dress it up you can realy add any kinds of topping of your choice .Just some ideas are onions, olives, bacon bits ,or bell pepper. This pizza you can make any way you like.Once you have added all of your toppings place in a toaster oven and cook until your cheese has melted. Let cool and enjoy.

Next is some fish tacos. You need tortilla shells.Fry them if you like .Or for healthier tacos you can flip them over the stove over a low fire .Then grab some fish sticks or the popcorn fish from the freezer and place in toaster oven until crispy. Shread a little lettus or cabbage which ever you prefer to use. Then if you eat cheese use some shreaded cheese or shread some. Then once your fish is done break it up in small peices. Place the fish in the shell with lettus or cabbage and cheese. Add some hot sauce ,salsa ,lemon juice,or cilantro and enjoy.

How to make a nutritious delicious snack for your kids.

Whether your kids take the bus, walk, or you pick them up from school, one thing is for certain: they will come home hungry. Without fail, the kids walk through the door and walk straight for the refrigerator saying something like, “I’m starving,” or “what can I eat?” It might be easier to have something prepared ahead of time. Rather than rummaging through the refrigerator with them desperately seeking a snack, you can make it and have it ready to microwave when they arrive. If you are home and have time, you could have it hot and ready to eat as they walk through the door. One snack that is sure to please as well as provide some needed nutrients is pasta topped with a vegetable sauce. Here is a simple recipe. You can add or take away whatever vegetables you please.

Vegetable topped pasta

Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 4

1 lb dry pasta

3 Tablespoons olive oil, divided

½ onion, sliced

1 clove garlic, chopped

1 Tbsp. sugar

1 carrot, chopped

1 stick of celery, chopped

½ C. artichoke hearts

3 C. stewed tomatoes

2 Tbsp. tomato paste

1 tsp. oregano

1 tsp thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

1 C. shredded parmesan cheese

¼ C. cilantro, chopped

Fill a stock pot with water and place on high heat to bring it to a boil. In a skillet, place 2 Tbsp. of the olive oil. Bring the skillet to high heat. Add the onions and garlic and bring the heat down to medium high. Cook the onions until they become clear. Add the sugar and continue to stir into the sugar for another two minutes. Add the carrots, onions, and artichoke hearts. Add the stewed tomatoes and tomato paste. Add the oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Let this simmer on low heat until the pasta is cooked and ready. Stir occasionally. Pour the dry pasta into the boiling water with a pinch of salt and the rest of the olive oil and let cook according to the package instructions for al dente. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce to cook for two minutes more. Top it with the cheeses and cilantro. Enjoy.

Your Guide to the ten tasty breakfasts anyone can prepare.

Everyone has this dilemma: what can I make for breakfast that is fast, easy to make, and actually tastes good? Well, this article will answer that question. You don’t have to be a cook, you just need ten minutes and a kitchen to make your masterpiece.

The Old Fashioned Eggs. You can never go wrong with eggs. Just turn on the stove, spread some olive oil on the bottom of the pan, and crack some eggs. After a few minutes stirring them around, you got a healthy, tasty, scrambled egg breakfast. But remember, be creative! You can crate some cheese into the mix or even add some broccoli or mushrooms.

Smoked Salmon Bagel. This one is a little more complicated, but it is worth it in the end. Pop a few bagels in the toaster oven and break out the smoked salmon. After the bagels are toasted, spread some cream cheese ’em, then put on the salmon. If you want, for maximum tastiness, you can add some onion or some sliced tomato on top.

Fresh Fruit Bowl. If you are crunched on time, this one is great. Get some, mangos apples, pears, grapes, melons, or whatever suits your taste. Cut them up and put them in a bowl. It’s that easy. You can also add yogurt, or some squeezed lemon on to to preserve freshness.

Bread And Avocado. This combination is amazing. Toast some bread and cut up a avocado. Spread the avocado on the bread, and your done! It really is great. Secret tip: put some worcestershire sauce on top of the avocado. It may sound strange, but it is the most amazing combination ever.

Fruit Smoothie. Everyone loves smoothies. Put some frozen or fresh fruit in a blender, add some ice, and you have a very healthy, tasty, and easy breakfast. You can even save some for lunch!

Yogurt with Berries. Get some plain yogurt, add some maple syrup for flavor, and add some blueberries or strawberries. It tastes much better than the store bought “flavored” yogurt.

The Cereal. If you need to leave fast, this is the standard not-much-prep-needed fallback. If you go with this option, at least make it a little more unique. Add fruit. Banana seems to be the favorite of most people. Or maybe make some bread on the side to go with the cereal, to make things more exciting.

Breakfast Wraps. This one is great if you are on the go. Scramble some eggs and wrap it in a tortilla. Add some avocado and maybe a bell pepper. Too much work? Make them the night before and warm them up in the microwave in the morning. Yum!

Cheese Casadia. Put some cheese between two tortillas and pop them in the toaster oven. If you are truly daring, add some chicken to make the perfect meal.

Turkey Sandwich. This one is not usually made for breakfast but it really delicious. Get some turkey and toast some bread. Put in whatever ingredients you want, like tomato, onion, avocado, cheese, even bacon!

So there you go: ten great and easy ideas for breakfast. Whenever you think, “man, this breakfast sucks” remember this list and whip up something that is not boring, but exciting and tasty!

This wonderful tomato toast recipe is really easy to make. It is the perfect appetizer for dinner and it can also be, a nice little snack just about any time of day. The delicious tomato toast recipe should only take about 15 to 20 minutes to prepare and cook.

Ingredients

Olive Oil (For Brushing and Drizzling)

6 Large Tomatoes (Thickly Sliced)

4 Thick Slices of Fresh Bread

Balsamic Vinegar (For Drizzling)

2oz Parmesan Cheese (Shaved)

Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Start by brushing a heavy frying pan with oil, and placing it over a high heat. Then add the tomato slices and fry them for about three minutes. Flip once and only cook until the tomatoes are soft and slightly blackened. Meanwhile, lightly toast the bread under a grill or in a toaster. Put the Fried tomatoes on the warm toast.

Finish by drizzling each portion with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Then sprinkle each with the Parmesan cheese shavings (You may wont to bake for 10 minutes to melt the cheese) and season with salt and pepper. It’s best to serve this tomato toast immediately after making.

One beacause they taste so good, and two because their quick and easy to make. Usually I use Las Palmas red enchilada sauce, but in this case I was out. We did have a couple cans of the green sauce, but I don’t like the way it taste, plus it has monosodium glutamate; aka MSG. So I simply got a can of chipotle chiles in adobe sauce and blended it with water (about a cup) until it had the same consistency as regular enchilada sauce. CAUTION: Although delicious, these enchiladas are on the spicy side.
Okay lets talk cheese. I usaually use both mild cheddar and monterey jack, but in this case I just used the cheddar. The cheese that goes in the enchilada i chop into finger-size rectangles. (approx. 1/2″ X 1/2″ x 3-4″) Then shred the rest to sprinkle on top. Also dice a brown or white onion, and slice a can of black olives.
Pre-heat the oven to about 350 degrees, and put the tortillas in the microwave for a couple minutes and flip them halfway thru. This is so they wont crack while rolling. Before rolling pour a little sauce on the bottom of the pan and spread with the backside of a spoon, so that it coats the entire bottom of the pan.
Now roll the the enchiladas with the cheese in it, and place each one in order, so that they don’t roll open. Also be careful not to burn your fingers, as the tortillas may be hot. When your done pour the rest of the sauce evenly over the enchiladas, and use the spoon to smooth out the rest. Then sprinkle the cheese, onions and olives on, and place in oven for about 15 min. or until the cheese has melted.
If you have extra cheese, onions or olives, simply place in a sandwich baggie and save for other uses. Serve the enchiladas using a spatula. And don’t forget to add dallop of sour cream!
Beans and Rice
The perfect sides for an enchilada dish! And all you need is a Mexican mother, who always has a pot of beans and rice handy. When I was little I used to complain about my Mom always cooking beans and rice, but now I see how lucky I was, and still am.
World Famous Enchiladas
To make the World Famous Enchiladas, instead of putting cheese in the enchilada you put mole chicken, and instead of sprinkling olives you sprinkle jalepeno slices (from a jar) along with the shredded cheese and diced onion. To make the mole I use Dona Maria mole sauce and warm it in a pan with shredded chicken. You can boil chicken legs or thighs in a pot and then shred it when its done, or you can buy a cooked chicken and shred that, as well. Otras cosas-chipotlemeans roasted jalepenos-enchiladas montadas are enchiladas with a fried egg on top!-Gaby style(my younger brother) is an enchilada made without any sauce. He wasn’t a fan of chiles. Also look for corn tortillas without any perservatives. Just corn and lime.
