What I liked about this product: I don’t personally drink but we do occasionally have small get-togethers at our house and I loved the convenience of this. There really isn’t any work involved. My wife was able to add the measured amount of tequila and freeze it. In fact, it was one of the easiest things we made for the last party we had.

And, overall, I have to say this was a hit. It wasn’t a drunken bash or anything like that. But, we had several people try this and had absolutely no complaints. In fact, one of our guests decided to buy one too (only in a different flavor).

What I didn’t like about this product: My wife and I are people who tend to wait until the last minute to do anything. If you are like that too, this is a product you have to be a bit careful with because you will need to keep it in the freezer for at least a few hours to make sure it is properly frozen.

Final Opinion: This is a product that is definitely worth the money both when it comes to flavor and convenience. If you do a lot of entertaining, it’s something that is worth buying.

Michelada Recipe

Ingredients

• 12 oz beer non-dark beer (preferably Mexican like Corona or Dos XX)
• juice of 2 key limes
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 dashes Tabasco® sauce
• 1 pinch black pepper
• 1 pinch sea salt
• ice

Mix all ingredients except beer in a shaker and shake briefly. Pour a little ice into a 22onz pilsner glass rimmed with sea salt, pour lime mixture over ice. Finally pour beer slowly so that it won’t foam up.  Mix softly with a long spoon.

You can add 6onz of either V8, tomato or clamato juice.

Some people also add half a shot glass of Tequila.
