Almond Biscuits

Recipe of Almond biscuits for 4.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 jar (s) big (s) flour
- 1/2 kg almonds (s), peeled
- 2 teaspoon (s) baking powder
- 1/2 cup (s) sugar
- 1/4 cup (s) molasses
- 2 tablespoon (s) water
- 1 cup (s) margarine
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon (s) extract (s) of almonds
- 1 egg yolk (s) egg
Method
- Beat the margarine and sugar until creamy.
- Add egg, almond extract and continue beating for several minutes.
- Incorporate the flour, baking powder and salt in order to form a soft dough.
- Formed with the fingers and Flatten balls to leave about 3 cm in diameter.
- Decorate each cookie with an almond.
- Put the tin in the oven, leaving a gap between the biscuits to prevent sticking together.
- Whisk the yolk with water and brush each cookie before you bake.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
