Amazing Crepes

Feeling French? Make a crepe.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 / 4 c milk
- 1 / 2 c H2O
- C flour
- 3 T butter
- Vanilla
- 2 & 1 / 2 T sugar
Method
- Blend for 30 seconds with electric beaters. Put in ‘fridge for an hour.
- Coat 10 “ pan with butter over med heat
- 1 / 3 c batter per crepe
- Keep batter moving
- Fry on one side only
- Store on plate with wax paper between each
