Amazing Crepes

Feeling French? Make a crepe.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 / 4 c milk
  • 1 / 2 c H2O
  • C flour
  • 3 T butter
  • Vanilla
  • 2 & 1 / 2 T sugar

Method

  1. Blend for 30 seconds with electric beaters. Put in ‘fridge for an hour.
  2. Coat 10 “ pan with butter over med heat
  3. 1 / 3 c batter per crepe
  4. Keep batter moving
  5. Fry on one side only
  6. Store on plate with wax paper between each
