Apricots with Yogurt

Tangy but good Apricots with Yogurt.

1 can (30 ounces) apricots halves, drained

1/2 cup unflavored yogurt or dairy sour cream

2 tablespoons honey

2 teaspoons lemon juice

Method: Spoon fruit into individual serving dishes. Blend yogurt, honey and lemon juice; pour over fruit. 4 to 5 servings or 1 can (30 ounces) peach halves or fruit cocktail, drained, or about 4 cups cut-up fresh fruit can be substitute for the apricots halves.
