Banana Pudding
There are many different ways to prepare Banana Pudding. This is my version.
1 box Vanilla Wafers
2 boxes instant Vanilla Pudding mix
2-3 Bananas
2-3 cups milks
I mix my pudding and milk according to directions on the box.
Mix with a mixer to desired thickness.
Pour a layer of pudding in the bottom of your serving container.
Next, place a layer of thin sliced banana, and cover that with another layer of pudding.
Next, place a layer of vanilla wafers, and cover with a layer of pudding.
Continue in this manner until you have used up your pudding.
I work it out to have a top layer of vanilla wafers (for a professional look).
Let chill and serve.

I love Banana Pudding, but usually don’t make it until the holidays. I don’t know why that is. I usually like to make strawberry shortcake in the spring and summer and banana pudding for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
