Brown Sugar Frosting

1 cup granulated sugar
2 egg whites, unbeaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
6 tablespoons water
Combine all ingredients except vanilla in top of double boiler. Set over boiling water; beating constantly with mixer for 7 to 10 minutes or until frosting holds its shape. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
