Banana and Walnut Cake
Delicious and easy to make banana and walnut cake.
- 2 cups of self raising flour
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
- 1/2 cup castor sugar
- 90g walnuts, chopped
- 3 small bananas mashed
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup skim milk
Sift flour and soda into a bowl, and stir in sugar.
Stir in walnuts and bananas.
Stir in combined egg and milk until well combined.
Spoon mixture into loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake in oven on moderate for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
