Ingredients

• 1/2  cup soft margarine
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups self rising flour
• 1 can blackberry pie filling (21 oz)

Ingredients: Icing

• 1 cup confectioners powdered sugar
• 2 tsp. water
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Method

Mix margarine and sugar,  then add eggs one at a time. Gradually add flour. Pour cake mixture into a lightly greased 13×9 baking pan. Spoon blackberry pie filling over cake mixture. Useing the spoon swirl the pie filling into cake mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 350* for 40 minutes or until golden. Mix icing ingredients together. Drizzle over baked cake.

Then sit and enjoy.
