Bundt Cake Laced with Cinnamon Pecans

This delightful cake is easy to make and always tastes wonderful.

Ingredients:

1 package yellow cake mix

3/4 cups oil

3/4 cups water

4 eggs

1 package (4 serving size) instand vanilla pudding mix

1 Tbsp melted butter

1/4 cups sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 cup chopped pecans

In a large bowl, mix yellow cake mix, oil, water, eggs, pudding mix and butter.  Beat for four minutes.  In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and pecans.  Set aside.

Grease and flour (or use Baker’s Joy spray or Wilton Cake Release) a Bundt cake pan and pour half of the batter into the pan.  Sprinkle the pecan mixture on top of the batter in the pan.  Cover with remaining batter and bake at 325 degrees for one hour.  Allow to cool on wire rack in the pan for 10 minutes.  Invert the pan onto a cake serving platter to cool.
