Carrot Cake

I wrote a recipe on how to create carrot cake, love carrot cake, try it out.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of gluten free flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup castor sugar
  • ½ t baking powder
  • ½ t cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups grated carrot
  • (Approx 3 carrots)
  • ¼ cup cooking oil
  • 1 T coconut

Utensils

  • Scrap Bowl
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Chopping Board
  • Peeler
  • Grater
  • Knife
  • Containers
  • Plate scraper
  • Plate

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C
  2. Grease and flour tin
  3. Add flour, 2 sugars, cinnamon, coconut & baking powder in large bowl
  4. Peel the carrot and grate it
  5. Lightly beat eggs in a bowl
  6. Combine carrot, egg and oil (making a well in the middle)
  7. Mix ingredients
  8. Pure mixture into tin and cook for 20-25 minutes

    Sounds delicious. Search for my vegan carrot bread. I think you’ll like it. Needs no eggs.
