OREO cheesecake
Base
150g pkt OREO Classic Cookies, crushed
50g butter, melted
FILLING
500g PHILADELPHIE Block Cream
Cheese, softened
3/4 cup caster sugar
3 tsp gelatin, dissolved
in 1/4 cup boiling water
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup cream, lightly whipped
150g pkt OREO Classic Cookies
Serves 10 preparaion 20 mins chilling 2 1/2 hours
