Cherry Topped Cheesecake!

Easy, home-made cheese cake! Only requires a few ingredients and it is absolutely fantastic!
Ingredients needed:
- 3 Packages of cream cheese (Fat free may be used and is personally recommended for a less fatty cheese cake)
- 3/4ths a cup of sugar
- 1 Table Spoon of Vanilla Abstract
- Crushed oreos
- 1 Stick of butter
- Cake pan
- 3 eggs
- 1 Can of pie cherries
Instructions:
- First begin by taking the stick of butter and smear it around into the cake pan. This makes the pan greasy so that the cake does not stick to the pan.
- Take the crushed oreos and spread them the buttered pan. This is the base or bottom of the cheesecake. Instead of using oreos, one can use anything such as gram crackers, cereal, etc.
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees (f).
- Mix the 3 cream cheese packages with the sugar and vanilla abstract together until they completely mix together.
- One-by-one, begin adding the eggs and mix into the mixture. The longer the eggs are mixed with the cream cheese, the more fluff the cheesecake will have.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and cook at 325 (f) for about 40-45 minutes. To tell if the cake is done, the cheesecake should be fluffy but not brown. If it jiggles a bit as a solid, then it is done.
- Lastly, pour the cherries onto the cake. Once the cake is cooled, it is ready to be eaten! Enjoy!
