Choco-Yummy: Cook It Easy

published by IrinaK on Aug 3, 2009

An improved chocolate cake recipe.

Inredients: Baking

  • 450g of flour
  • 450g of sugar
  • 250-300g of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon of soda

Method: Baking

1.      Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and form a ball (add a couple of tablespoon of flour or sour cream if necessary).

2.      Put the mixture into the fridge for half an hour.

3.      Take the mixture out and divide into 3 parts.

4.      Roll each out until they get very thin and put separately into the previously greased baking tin.

5.      Bake until they get light brown at 2000 C.

Ingredients: Filling

8-9 tablespoons of condensed milk

5-7 tablespoons of sour cream

5-6 tablespoons of crushed walnuts

Method: Filling

1.      Mix condensed milk sour cream thoroughly.

2.      Add the walnuts.

3.      Spread the mixture over three of the dough layers, put the fourth on top.

4.      Put the cake into a cold place for at least 4 hours (press it a little by putting something relatively heavy on top).

Ingredients: Topping

6-7 tablespoons of cocoa

3 tablespoons of sour cream

6-7 tablespoons of condensed milk

2½ tablespoons of butter

Method: Topping

1.      Mix cocoa, sour cream and condensed milk in a small saucepan and heat on the stove (do not allow the mixture to boil!)

2.      Add the butter and take the saucepan off.

3.      Pour the mixture over the cake carefully.

4.      Put it into a cold place for 2 hours.

Method: Decorating

You can create various patterns and designs with the help of walnuts (in the shape of a heart, smile, flower, butterfly etc.) or condensed milk (heat and cool it previously).

Now invite your family and friends and enjoy this dessert together!

Bon appetite!
