Combine and mix well:

3 cups sifted flour

pinch salt

6 tablespoons hershey’s cocoa

1 1/2 cups sugar

3 teaspoons soda

1 1/2 cups cold water

1 1/2 cups miracle whip

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Bake 45 minutes, 9×13 inch pan, greased and floured.
