Chocolate Cake
How to prepare chocolate cake.
Ingredients
· 250 g chocolate
· 250 g sugar
· 150 g chocolate fondant
· 125 g butter
· 125 g flour
· 8 egg whites
· 6 egg yolks
· 2 cups milk

First, in a saucepan put the milk with sugar, butter and chocolate cover and let gently heated, stirring until ingredients are melted and well blended.
Then, without stirring, add the yolks and then the flour. Continue mixing until the dough is homogeneous. Then retired from the fire and let rest until the dough loses heat. We set the oven to preheat to 175 º C.
Meanwhile, assemble the egg whites until stiff. I mounted the care we continue to add to the mass and mixing going.
Then we spread a mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough in the pie and introduced into the furnace. We left the cake 30 to 40 minutes. After that, we took the cake from the oven and let cool.
Once cool, release the cake and melt the chocolate fondant in a saucepan on the fire. Bathe the cake with chocolate fondant, let cool a few minutes and plug in the refrigerator until serving.
