Chocolate Pyramid

published by neopisiva on May 9, 2011

A fine tasty dessert cake, easy and quick.
Does not require any frying.

Mix 150 grams of butter with 150 grams of powdered sugar. Add 3 egg yolks and 150 gr. of melted chocolate ( you melt the chocolate previously). In all of this add 150 grams of finely powdered (not minced) butter biscuits.
Combine it all well together and pour into baking pan of triangular shape or other shape, but coated(surrounded) with foil, then compact it well and leave to set. It will help if you put it into fridge for a while.
If you wish, you can later add some chopped hazelnuts on the surface.
Enjoy!

Looks pretty good. I once went to a Chili’s over here and they had a hot chocolate cake with cold ice cream on top. I recommend you try it.
