Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Chocolate Zucchini Cake.

  • 2 and 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 and 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups unpeeled,shredded raw zucchini squash
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Mix together. Pour into 13 by 9 inch baking dish. On top,spread one 6-ounce package chocolate chips and 3/4 cup chopped pecans. Bake 325 degrees for 55 minutes.
