Coconut Cake

Recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • oil
  • water
  • 2 vanilla frosting
  • 1 lb of shredded coconuts
  • 1 can of cruched pineapples
  • 2 round baking pans
  • pam

Method

 Follow directions on cake box. Once caked is cooled remove both cakes from the pan and put vanilla frosting on one cake. Then drain the crushed pineapples and spread it across the first layer. Next, place the other cake on top of the cake with the pineapples and put vanilla frosting all over the cake. Finally, spread the shredded coconuts all over the cake.
