Coconut Cake
How to prepare coconut cake.
Ingredients
· 2 cups shredded coconut
· 1 cup sugar
· Clear 2 eggs
· Vanilla
· Butte

First we beat the clear until set. Then we mix a cup of grated coconut, sugar and vanilla and add the white. Mix well.
After we spread the mold with butter and put the dough, trying to match the surface. We put in a medium oven for about 20 minutes or until you see the toast surface.
Sprinkle the surface of the cake with a little grated coconut. Serve cold.
