So you wanna make a chocolate mouse? Time to a stirin that mixture then.

Ingredients for each person multiply each by the number of people you have:

1 Egg

1 small nut butter

1 large teaspoon of water

1oz /25g choc-co-colate(or add more for a more)

Instructions

Melt chocolate with butter and water on very low heat. Seperate yolk from white of each egg. Remove chocolate from heat and gradually stir in yolk. While this cools slightly, beat up the egg whites. Mix together with fork, blending all the white but not beating it flat. Leave to set.
