Cottage Cheese and Fruit Cake

Gentle, easy, useful, beautiful cake, which will adorn any holiday. The recipe was assembled from two different recipes and a little bit modified by me:)

Flour – 100 g
White chocolate (150 g for biscuits and 100 g for decoration) – 250 g
Sugar (100 grams for the biscuit and jelly) – 200 g
Sugar vanilny – 3 pack.
Powdered sugar – 3 tbsp. l.
Eggs (3 – to biscuit, 3 (large) – for casseroles) – 6 pieces
Curd home – 500 g
Butter (better to take 69-73%) – 50 g
Razryxlitel for tests (or soda) – 1 tsp.
Salt – 0.5 tsp.
Syrup (Any, but preferably not thermonuclear sweet:)) – 250 ml
Brandy or rum – 1-2 tbsp. l.
Condensed milk (you can do without it, but if there is an open bank – take it.) – 3-4 tablespoons. l.
Fat sour cream (two tablespoons with uppers) – 2 tbsp. l.
Semolina or starch (Munk useful:)) – 2 tbsp. l.
Dried fruit or nuts (you can add to the casserole, an amateur.) – 3 tbsp. l.
Apples mean (I took acid. You can take any fruit that turns into a puree, but then you have to choose the amount of sugar that was not too much.) – 4 pieces
Gelatine – 25 g
Any fruit or berries (Plot between the cake and decorate a cake) – 0,5 kg
Recipe for “Cottage cheese and fruit cake”

1. Preparation of sponge cake.
In a bowl, rub the softened butter, 100 g of sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar and salt until smooth. Add 3 eggs and beat well. Sift flour and razryhrytel again beat up. Melt the chocolate in the bath to cool down a bit, pour in the batter and gently stir with a spoon until smooth. Heat oven to 175 degrees. Detachable form vystelit parchment paper, pour the batter, smooth with a spoon, send it in the oven and bake until done (the exact time can not tell you, every oven is different ways to cope with this task). Ready to get a biscuit out of shape, leave overnight to cool at room temperature. Paper is better unstick from it, when it cools down
2. Morning mix the syrup with the brandy / rum, half grease sponge, leave for impregnation.
3. Preparation of cottage cheese cake.
In a bowl mix the cottage cheese, 3 egg yolks, sour cream, semolina / starch, powdered sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar. Well-well-knead blender until completely homogeneous elastic mass. Beat the whites until very thick foam. Spoon gently shift in bulk and mix until smooth. Wish to add nuts or dried fruits. Heat oven to 170 degrees, split form vystelit parchment, pour a lot, smooth with a spoon. Send in the oven and bake until done. Remove from the oven and cool.
4. Biscuit put fruit, cut into wedges (I had bananas), oil condensed milk, top it with cheese cake.
5. Preparation of jelly.
Gelatin in 3 -4 tablespoons of water at 20 -25 min. Meanwhile pyurirovat apples, mashed to shift to the skillet, add remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, swollen gelatin. Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. To the boiling point is desirable not to bring. A lot of little cool.
6. Curd cake grease remaining syrup, put a layer of fruit. Dress on the cake ring from the demountable form, fill in all the above jelly, very carefully smoothed. Send a cake in a cool place.
7. When the gelatin hardens, decorate with white chocolate, fruit, nuts – all that exists in the house
