Creamy Chocolate Gram Cake
An easy yet delicious creamy chocolate desert you’ll be sure to make again and again. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 2 boxes of instant chocolate pudding
- (4 cups) Milk
- 1 box of Gram Crackers
- 1 package of cool whip
- Fresh Strawberries (optional)
- Chocolate Bar (optional)
Method:
1. Pour the 2 boxes of instant chocolate pudding in a large bowl along with 4 cups of milk.
Mix with mixer for 5 minutes or until it starts to get to a nice creamy texture.
2. Pour package of Cool Whip into pudding mixture. Cream with mixer until creamy texture is achieved.
3. In a large glass or rectangle desert dish, pour 3 to 4 spoons full of the chocolate mixture. Then put a layer of gram crackers. Then repeat, (One layer of the mixer and one layer of Gram Crackers) do this until it reaches the top.
4. Microwave chocolate bar for a few minutes until melted (keep an eye on the chocolate bar while it’s in the microwave because it melts rather quickly) dip the strawberries in melted chocolate. Put them in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool off.
5. Remove strawberries from fridge and put them on top of cake for decoration. Refrigerate and most important ENJOY!
