Easy Delicious Creme Caramel Cake Recipe!

You don’t need much, only eggs, cold and hot water, sugar, and evaporated milk!
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 3 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups lukewarm water
- 2 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- About 4 cups hot water
Method:
- Preheat the oven to about 180 degrees C.
- Place about 3 cups of sugar in a small or medium pan till it all melts, and leave it to dry and solidify. It should be a dark reddish color.
- Mix 2 1/2 cups evaporated powder, 1/2 cups sugar, 2 cups lukewarm water, and 3 eggs in a blender on high speed for about 2 minutes.
- Pour the mix over the molten sugar and place the whole pan in a boiling water bath.
- Place both pans in the oven and set the timer for 30 – 40 minutes.
- It should be done when it starts to brown from the top and bounces up when it is lightly pressed.
- Take it out of the oven and remove it from the hot water bath. Replace the hot water with cold water and put the cake pan inside it again.
- Leave it to cool and cut around the edges of the cake.
- Put a dish up-side-down on top of the cake pan, and quickly flip it right-side-up revealing your finished cake.
- Now you could make your own pound cake and place this on top of it, but that’s up to you.
