Fancy Easy Cupcake Recipes
Tired of the same ole cupcake recipes? Here’s some new ones that the children will still enjoy.
We used to put different types of candies on top of cupcakes. M&M’s and even Reese’s Peanutbutter cups. But getting older and getting tired of such sweetness we decided to try some different combinations.
The first one was a yellow cake mix with Smucker’s Raspberry jam piped into the middle of them. A little bit of butter cream icing on top ( to cover to whole). We didn’t really care if the total cupcake was covered with icing. Then we grated and sprinkled white chocolate on top. When serving you can add more jam around the plate.
Second one was a white cake mix with blackberry jam. Again we piped the jam into the middle and then did the butter cream and white chocolate grated on top.
The third one was a moist chocolate cake mix with strawberry jam. We only used enough butter cream icing to cover the hole where the jam was piped in. Then slices of fresh or thawed, frozen strawberries were placed on top of the cupcake.
We enjoyed these and they weren’t sickning sweet. We still are working on an orange and lemon one.

They all 3 sound excellent to me! I like to use a white cupcake & insert orange marmalade into the center & frost with coconut vanilla buttercream frosting-delish!
