Hawaiian Cheesecake

Tart-sweet sun-ripened Hawaiian pineapple makes a tropical treat of mellow cheesecake.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Cheesecake mix
  • 1 can (8 ¼ oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Nutmeg

Method

  1. Prepare crumb crust as directed on package.
  2. Prepare filling mix as directed and fold in pineapple.
  3. Pour into the crust.
  4. Blend the pecans into the whipped topping and spread over the cheesecake.
  5. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  6. Chill for 1 hour.

Makes 8 to 10 servings
