Hawaiian Cheesecake
Tart-sweet sun-ripened Hawaiian pineapple makes a tropical treat of mellow cheesecake.
Ingredients
- 1 package Cheesecake mix
- 1 can (8 ¼ oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Nutmeg
Method
- Prepare crumb crust as directed on package.
- Prepare filling mix as directed and fold in pineapple.
- Pour into the crust.
- Blend the pecans into the whipped topping and spread over the cheesecake.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Chill for 1 hour.
Makes 8 to 10 servings
