Heartburn Friendship with His Favorite Foods Diet

Q: Is it a friendly regime of acidity means giving up my favorite food?

A: As a victim of heartburn, I found that particularly bad night – chest pain when I wake up – tend to make me suspicious of everything you eat for several days. In fact, for years experts believe that the acidity of a friendly regime ways to avoid a long list of heartburn causing foods. But now research shows that the removal of all common trigger foods does not necessarily relieve the symptoms. Also, what heartburn is a sick mind like me, can not disturb the others like you.

So forget the list covered by triggering heartburn foods to avoid. You need to understand what bothers you personally. Keep a food diary, where you can watch what you eat and how you feel afterwards, can help in this matter.

Maintaining a record of my eating habits has helped me to learn that is not so much that the food we eat, but how to eat them that triggers my heartburn. It ‘a good day, I could spend a couple of chips, dip fat, one of the hottest wings in Buffalo, or a slice of chocolate cake disguised as a godsend, and I do not necessarily cause problems. And ‘when they are on a special occasion like wedding, picnic or a holiday get-together with family, I’ll take the temptation to eat a number of heartburn potential time bombs. And they probably do without thinking, constantly and probably alcoholic. When heartburn really kicks

I urge you to keep your food diary, so you can decide which eating patterns will cause heartburn. The first lessons I learned:

- I do not overstuff, especially in the evening

- Limit the temptations of risk, sampling one, two – OK, maybe three – and then stops

- Have only one or two alcoholic drinks per output

- Remember that I really do not want to suffer the pain down … and my reward for good behavior now will be a blessing, heartburn, sleepless nights
