Who is afraid of baking cakes? Who thinks he has 2 left hands when it comes to making cakes?

This recipe is the basic, most simple cake ever! No experience needed for making it! Even kids can do it! It could not be easier! Once you have tried it and memorized it, you can have fun with trying different types of additions to the cake. Anything goes: you can add raisins, nuts, fruits, cheese, orange juice, honey, whipped cream, chocolate, coffee, cocoa – anything that you like!

All you need is an oven, a bowl, a spoon, a baking dish or some paper cupcake cups, 2 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of self-raising flour, 1 container of sweet cream… and 5 minuets!

Mix the ingredients together in a bowl: 1 cup of self-raising flower, 2 eggs, 1 cup of sugar and 1 container of sweet cream. Put the doe in an oiled baking dish or cupcake cups, and put them in the oven, on 180 degrees (medium), for about 45 minuets. Warm the oven right from the start, before preparing the ingredients.

The cake is ready when it turns a little brown on top and the room fills with the smell of a baked cake. To be sure – you can stick a fork or a toothpick in the middle. If it comes out dry – you can turn off the oven, take the cake out and let it cool down.

You can decorate it with any topping – fruits, melted chocolate, whipped cream and strawberries, jam, icing sugar.

The options are endless. It is a good basic cake to start with. A great quick to make cake for any occasion!

Enjoy and bon appetit! :)
