How to make a Kool Aid Cake

This cake is fun and kids like to help make it. It’s easy and simple, if you have kool aid than you have to try this.
How to make a Ingredients you will need
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cups Cake Flour
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbs. Kool-Aid ( Any Flavor)
In order to make cake flour you will need; Cornstarch and flour
Take out 2 tablespoons of the flour and add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Sift them together 5 times, this makes sure that the cornstarch has been worked into the flour really good.
FIRST: Mix Cake flour, sugar and kool aid together
SECOND: In another bowl mix eggs, milk and butter til smooth
THIRD: Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients a little at a time until well incorporated
After you are done mixing ingredients you can put in a greased cake pan or muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Do not over bake or you will end up with a flat and bland cake.
My niece loves this recipe and usually adds sprinkles or m&m’s on top for fun. Try this with your kids and enjoy
