How to Make an Egg-less Chocolate Cake

A delicious Egg-less Chocolate cake
Ingredients:
· 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
· 1 cup granulated sugar
· 1/2 tsp salt
· 1 tsp baking soda
· 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
· 1 tsp vanilla
· 1 cup water
· 1 Tbsp white vinegar
· 6 Tbsp vegetable oil
· Cocoa Frosting
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease a 9inch square pan with vegetable oil spray/or very lightly grease with normal oil
Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl (flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt)
Next add the vanilla, oil, vinegar and water. Hand mix well. Pour the complete mix into the prepared pan and bake for half an hour.
Prepare the frosting; for this you will need:
· 1/2 cup margarine or butter
· 1/2 cup milk
· 2 cup granulated sugar
· 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
Cream the margarine/butter, sugar and cocoa powder in a sauce pan. Add the milk and bring to boil for one minute. Remove from heat and immediately beat the mixture in the sauce pan using an electric mixer. It will begin to thicken to a yogurt-like consistency.
When the cake has been baked, pour the hot frosting on the hot cake. Allow the cake to cool or enjoy hot!
