How to make Fairy Cakes

What you need:

1 Cup/4oz/100g of self-raising flour

2 Eggs

8 tsp/100g of Butter or Margarine

A Pinch of Salt

fat for greasing

Method:

Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees/gas mark 4

Then mix the flour and salt together in a bowl

Cream the fat and the sugar together until it becomes light and fluffy

Next, beat the eggs and add to the mixture, then beat into the mixture gradually

Stir the flour mixture 

Put the mixture evenly between the cup cakes or greased bun tins.

The cakes should be ready within 15-20 minutes.
