How to Make – Tiramisu – 15 Mins -621 Kcal

A light and creamy dessert made using mascarphone cheese.
ingredients ( serves 4)
2 egg yolks
80g sugar
120g mascarphone
200ml of double cream
150ml espresso
200g sponge cake(ready made)
cocoa powder
utensils:
chopping board
kitchen knife
mixing bowl
whisk
saucepan
measuring spoons
scales
tea stainer
rubber spatula
pastry brush
lets cook:
- prepare chopping board and kitchen knife
- start by cutting the sponge cake base into 6mm thick slices
- prepare mixing bowl and whisk
- add the egg yolks to the bowl and beat them before adding 80g of sugar
- whisk the sugar and egg yolks untill the mix starts to whiten
- prepare saucepan and mixing bowl
- fill the mixing bowl with ice water
- heat some water int eh saucepan untill a little steam starts to rise then turn off the heat
- whisk the egg yorls ntill they become creamy
- put the bowl containg egg yolks in the bowl so its bottom is in contact with the iced water whisk as the mix cools
- remove the bowl from the iced water and add the mascarpone cheese and stir well
- prepare 2 mixing bowls
- add 200ml of cream into one bowl
- and fill the other bowl with the iced water , place the bowl with the cream in the other bowl so its bottom touches the iced water
- whip the cream untill it thickens so that when the whisk is lifted the cream drips slowly down
- add the whipped cream to the egg yolk and cheese mix and add half the cream at this time and stir it in
- prepare dish or tray
- pour 1/3 of the cream and egg mix into the dish spreading it evenly over the bottom
- layer half of the sliced sponge cake on top of the cream mix
- use a pastry brush or other suitable utensil to coat the sponge layer with half of the espresso
- add half of the remaining ammountof the cream and egg mix on top of the sponge cake
- coat the sponge with the rest of the espresso using a pastry brush
- pour the rest of the cream and egg mix and spread evenly over the cake
- place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for around 3 hours
- prepare tea stariner
- using the tea stariner dust the surface of the tiramis with coca powder
- then cut it up and eat
