Jackie’s Key Lime Cake
Delicious key lime cake recipe.

Ingredients:
1 box of Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix.
- 1 (3oz) package of lemon Jello
- 1 cup of water
- ¾ cup of oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp. of fresh lime juice
- Frosting:
- cups of confectionery sugar
- 1/3 cup lime juice
Method:
Beat all the cake ingredients for 2 minutes and pour into an ungreased 9” x 13” cake pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 325° F. Remove from oven and prick all over with a meat fork. Spread the frosting all over the top of the cake while still hot. Refrigerate when cool.

I love Key Lime Pie! It’s also my mother in law’s favorite. I’ll have to try it this weekend. Now I’m hungry, drats…lol!

This article is great! I enjoy a great recipe and this is it. Thanks for turning me on to this…but i’m going to need more:)…cassaroles, slow cooker recipes, etc.
I’m not necessarily a ‘key lime’ kind of gal, but i think i’m going to have to try this recipe. Yummmmmmm!

sadly limes are a migraine trigger for me and I have not been able to have them in my diet for many years, this sounds so yummy tho,I might make it for DH and friends, thanks for sharing.
