  This is a simple recipe for Strawberry Jello cake.  My aunt makes this cake usually and it is cool and refreshing to me.  All you need is a box of white or yellow cake mix and two boxes of flavored jello mix.  (you can choose the flavor.) I prefer the strawberry.  Make the cake mix according to directions.  Once the cake is done and has cooled, punch holes in the cake.  My aunt used a straw.  After that, make the jello mix, but don’t let it harden.  Pour the jello mix onto the cake and then let it set.  Use whip cream as frosting.  Refrigerate.  It is served best when cold.  The serving size depends on size of cake naturally.  Hope you like it.  It is very simple and pretty.  I think it is a good summertime cake recipe.  The colors are beautiful and it is very delicious.
