Magic Fruitcake

Get fruity with this cake.

2 1/2 cups sifted all purpose flour

1 teaspoons baking soda

2 eggs slightly beaten

1 can Eagle Brand milk

28 oz. jar ready use mince meat

1 lb. jar mixed candid fruit

1 cup walnuts chopped

Method: Butter and flour tube pan. Pour mixture into pan and bake in slow oven on 300 degrees for 2 hours or until center springs back when lightly touched and top is brown. Decorate with cherries and walnut halves.

    Christmas isn’t complete for me without a fruitcake. It has been a family tradition to have one at Christmas. Great recipe. Merry Christmas :)
