Mandarin Orange Cake

This is a dish guaranteed to knock them off their feet and you will be taking home an empty cake pan!!

 This is a dish guaranteed to knock them off their feet and you will be taking home an empty cake pan!!

Ingredients

1 box Yellow Cake Mix

1 large can Mandarin Oranges, undrained

1 8 oz. carton Cool Whip

1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding

1 16 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained

1 c. chopped walnuts, optional

Directions

Mix cake according to pkg. directions. Add can of mandarin oranges (undrained) to the cake mix and stir until blended. Bake according to cake box directions. You may need to bake 5-10 minutes longer. Cool cake completely. Stir the Cool Whip, pudding and pineapple together and spread on top of cake (more or less to your liking). Sprinkle top of cake with walnuts and refrigerate. It is best to make the day before, but you can wait 4 hours to eat.
