Mini Cheesecake Recipe.

  • BEAT 2-8 OZ. PACKAGES OF SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE. ADD 3/4 CUP SUGAR, 2 EGGS AND 1 TEASPOON VANILLA. BEAT 3 TO 5 MINUTES. POUR OVER A VANILLA WAFER PLACED IN THE BOTTOM OF A FOIL CUP.BAKE ON COOKIE SHEED AT 350 DEGREES FOR 25 TO 30 MINUTES. COOL. REFRIGERATE. ENJOY
