Mom’s Pistachio Cake
A delicious and yummy cake.
Ingredients
1 box white cake mix
2 boxes instant pistachio pudding mix
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Crisco oil
1/2 cup water
5 eggs
Method
Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer until well blended. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Frosting
1 large carton Cool Whip
1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
1/2 cup milk
Whip all the ingredients together and spread on cooled cake. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
