Ingredients:
soft butter 200 g
sugar, 150 g
baking powder 3 g
white chocolate 100 g
coconut 180 g
potato starch, 5 g
yolks 2 pcs.
sour cream 100 g
Flour 380 g
cream 20% 200 ml
powdered sugar, vanilla 60 g

In a large bowl, whisk the yolks with a mixer until light foam, and then pour half the sugar. Continue beating for another minute 3-4. Add sour cream, remaining sugar and whisk until it is completely dissolved. Add the softened butter in small pieces and continue to pound to get a smooth mass.
Cup flour mixed with baking powder, sift into a bowl and mix with mixer. One more cup of flour to sift over the dough and stir with a spoon. Sift half a cup more flour and knead the dough by hand.
